Responsible for investment capital raising, capital operation, foreign cooperation, liaison and negotiation; Cooperate with the Finance Department of the Group in financing management; Regularly analyze the investment business, be responsible for the business performance assessment and management of the invested project company, and timely track, analyze and investigate the major problems in the business process, and issue solution, Collect, sort out and analyze the detection, trends and trends related to the business and development of the invested project company, and provide information support for the decision-making of the invested project company; Provide financing solutions for the invested project company, understand the use direction of the project company's financing funds, and reduce financing risks; Conduct strategic compliance analysis on the operation and management of the invested project company, and make reasonable suggestions on the future business direction and strategy.
