When HM realized that the first successes came in, he also started Private Equity investments in China and globally, and after the new Chinese era started in 2012, he immediately started to establish new startups and PE Investments in China. While having the home base in China, he has always followed the globalization trend, that’s why he has been active in different industries and geographies. Over these years his Sing Family Enterprise Group has already surpassed the one billion USD net assets mark, but HM did not stop learning and joined the dual-EMBA global program of Tsinghua University (China) and INSEAD (Europe). At the same time, HM became a philanthropist and supports various Chinese and global impact programs; in China a partnership is established with the NGO“China Charities Aid Foundation for Children”, with the objective to aid, support and educate the next generations.

     Although HM is of the 28th generation of the Sing Family in Hong Kong (China), he is the first generation of the Sing Family Enterprise Group (SFE). SFE is founded by HM to consolidate all his businesses, projects, and investments under one privately-held family office. These Business Units are Finance, Technology R&D, International Projects, Domestic Projects (China), Construction and Infrastructure, Creative Entertainment, Food Supply Chain, and, New Energy & Resources. These are all with the vision and mission "To be an entrepreneurial Ambassador for China with the rest of the world sharing the China story in the world and the World stories in China, in which SFE activities will have an impact in creating Social values in a new multi-polar World and continuously advancing the humanity towards more Peace & Equality with Spiritual, Cultural, Technological & Economic advancements."

     This is achieved by holding true to SFE’s cultural core values foundation of "One Soul" (One Family-People Centered), "Three Mindsets" (Entrepreneurial, Innovative, Decisive), and "Six Karma R Philosophy" (Input: Respect, Reliable, Responsible-Output: Reputation, Relation, Results).

     SFE has established different projects and partnerships with institutions such as the China Aerospace Agency, Tsinghua University, Chongqing University, and different R&D Centers for various latest technology globally. HM believes that with the right way of conducting business & making good use of technology, humanity can advance and we can create impact programmes for the different Social and Environmental challenges facing us. These programmes are for example in Sustainable Agriculture & Fishing, Eco- Friendly Mining & Material, New Renewable Energy, Social Housing Construction and Circular Waste Management.

     The most important partnership is established with the largest Entrepreneurial platform of the world, TOJOY. In 2016 HM started to join the TOJOY Entrepreneurial Platform to look for new investment opportunities. However, besides finding new investment opportunities, even more valuable, HM forged new friendships and a unique Entrepreneurial platform to nurture long-term strategic collaborations. Over time, the trust and confidence in the TOJOY platform solidify. This is why SFE has significantly invested in TOJOY or through the Tojoy platform as the partnership deepens. In 2023, HM also took on a new challenge to accept the offer to become the new CEO of TOJOY International Group and Senior Advisor of the Board of TOJOY Group to lead the way in relaunching the TOJOY entrepreneurial expansions worldwide.
